Is my quote really guaranteed?
Yes. Your all-inclusive price is set before move day, and if the move takes longer than planned, your price doesn't change. If you add items or your move changes, we'll update the quote with you before move day.
What does all-inclusive mean?
Your quote covers labor, the truck, travel and fuel, plus the protection your belongings need. No add-ons on move day.
Do you offer hourly moves?
Yes. Hourly pricing can be a good fit for small or flexible jobs. We confirm the rate and crew size before you book.
How much does a move cost?
Every move is different, so we price yours from your actual items, the access at both homes and the distance. A video walkthrough is the fastest way to get your guaranteed quote.
Do I have to book after getting a quote?
No. Your quote comes with no obligation.
Video quotes
How do video quotes work?
Fill out a quick form and we'll send a video link to your phone. Record a walkthrough of each room, send it over, and we send your guaranteed, all-inclusive quote. No in-home visit needed.
What should I film?
Every room, closet and cabinet with items that are moving, plus stairs, elevators and the driveway. Point out anything large, fragile or valuable.
Do I need an app?
No. Your video link opens right on your phone, and you record your walkthrough from there.
Scheduling
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for summer, weekends and the end of the month. We also take short-notice moves.
Do you move on nights, weekends and holidays?
Yes. We move 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Can you move me on short notice?
Yes. We take last-minute and same-week moves. Call (540) 664-0988 and we'll find the earliest time that works.
Do I need to be there on move day?
We recommend someone at both addresses to let the crew in and show us where things go. If you can't be there, tell us and we'll plan around it.
Services
Do you pack for me?
Yes. We offer full and partial packing, and we bring the materials. Add unpacking and we will unpack at your new home too.
Do you take apart and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Beds, tables and desks are taken apart and put back together, with hardware bagged and labeled.
Do you move pianos, safes and art?
Yes. We move upright and grand pianos, gun and home safes, and art, with custom crating available for fragile, valuable pieces.
Do you move offices?
Yes. We move offices and businesses, often after hours or on weekends so your team keeps working.
Are there items you can’t move?
Hazardous items like propane tanks, gasoline, paint and chemicals can't go on a moving truck. Ask us if you're unsure about an item.

Do you offer storage?
Yes. Short and long-term storage with pickup and delivery, for anything from a few items to a whole home.
Will I know what is in storage?
Yes. Everything is inventoried when we pick it up.
